Account Management Specialist
U.S. Only - Remote

REA provides job-search and career counseling, expat coaching, on-boarding, pre-decision services, mentoring and outplacement assistance to company employees and their spouses across 6 continents and over 50 countries with customized career and acclimation support to ensure that every relocation yields a positive experience for the whole family.
Provide remote administrative, technical and customer service support to our virtual business operations and sales team.
Compile business and sales reports for internal staff and external clients and support data analysis for client communications.
Partner with Marketing to support with PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, data research analysis and other administrative and technical projects.
Account Management Specialist will be cross-trained to provide backup coverage for our Client Services Team, following up on prospective client leads to promote our services and aid in creating a positive experience for every client relocating on an international assignments or domestic employment transfer.
Attend industry conferences as needed.
As development continues exposure to partnering with all departments will be fostered.
Personal or professional experience with relocation or the global mobility industry a plus; related experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent account management experience is preferred.
Analytically minded and comfortable with data metrics and research analysis.
Strong troubleshooting and ability to assess and offer viable solutions.
Foster positive team building and communication internally and externally.
Strong technical and analytical skills, advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solution-focused, detail oriented, and creative with excellent communication skills and work both independently and in team collaboration.
Exceptional trouble shooting, time-management skills and ability to work within project deadlines are essential.
Must be flexible and adaptable to working in a remote capacity, including video conferencing.
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.

▪ Not be working full-time

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum 2 years individual career transition coaching, career assessment and career development experience working with a diverse population of clients pursuing career related, volunteer, entrepreneurial or other meaningful pursuits.
Flexibility for scheduling clients around day or occasional evening times to accommodate client schedules and varying time zones.
